Each of our candles is made from all-natural American-grown soy wax, premium essential oils and fragrances, and finished with a wood wick. This combination provides a clean, long-lasting burn and fills your home with captivating fragrance.

Why Soy Wax?

Soy wax is a natural, renewable, and eco-friendly alternative to paraffin. Benefits include:

Burns cleanly without soot or toxins

Using soy wax ensures your candles are better for you and the environment while giving you a richer, longer-lasting scent.

How Long Should I Burn My Candle?

To get the most out of your candle:

On the first burn, let the wax melt edge to edge (usually 2–4 hours). This helps create a “memory” for your candle and prevents tunneling.
After the first burn, limit burns to no more than 4 hours at a time for even melting and maximum fragrance.
Replace your candle once there’s about 1/4 inch of wax remaining to keep each burn safe and high-quality.

What Length Should I Trim My Wick To?

Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every burn. This keeps your candle burning safely with a controlled flame, produces minimal soot, and melts evenly for a clean, long-lasting experience.

Can I Send an item as a gift?

Yes! When placing your order, add a note that it’s a gift. We can include a personalized card and omit any receipt information.

How Do I Apply a Coupon Code?

One coupon code can be applied per order at checkout. Enter your code in the “Discount code” box and click Apply.

What is Your Shipping Policy?

Orders ship via UPS and USPS
Ready-to-ship items usually leave our studio within 1–2 business days
Custom or personalized items are made-to-order; lead times vary based on demand. Please contact us if you have a rush order

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Where Can I Shop in Person?

We welcome you to shop with us personally at our Southdale Center location. We are located on the 1st floor, Center Court next to J. Crew.

What is Your Return Policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Items must be returned in original condition
Personalized or custom items are non-returnable
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Careful repackaging is required to ensure your return arrives safely and retains full credit value.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
