Wholesale Policies
Minimums: There is a $300 opening order minimum with a $225 reorder minimum for subsequent orders.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of order. TS Home Studio currently does not accept payment terms (Net 30, Net 60, etc.).
3rd Party/E-commerce Sites: Listing TS Home Studio candles on such sites as Etsy, Amazon, Ebay, etc. is strictly prohibited. By accepting these policies, you authorize TS Home Studio to contact such third-party sites and remove TS Home Studio products.
Shipping: Any MN/WI shop orders will be delivered to your shop by our in-house team at no additional charge- YAY! All domestic candle orders will ship within 5 business days and be quoted commercial discounted shipping rates.
Returns/Exchanges/Defectives: Returns and exchanges must be in original condition. We accept returns (and exchanges) of unaltered products within 14 business days at the customer’s expense with a 10% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee if you’d like to exchange for other candle products, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of returned items. Defective candles will be refunded or replaced if reported within 30 days of delivery.
Tester Candle Discount: A full-size tester candle that will be burned in your store is offered with every $200 spent. A 16oz Mason Jar tester candle would cost $7.50, 50% off the wholesale price.

Zip Code Exclusivity: TS Home Studio uses Zip Code Exclusivity as a guide. To remain an “Active Wholesaler” and maintain Zip Code Exclusivity, we look at your store’s location, purchase history, target market, demographic, etc.
To keep Active status and Zip Code exclusivity, a store must:
Place an opening order within one month of application approval
Order once a quarter (every three months) to keep seasonal order history up to date
