Can I have a private event?

Celebrations are always welcome at T.S. Home Studio! At this time, we can accommodate a Private Party of up to 12. Our Private Party packages start at $350 for a group of 8. For each additional guest above 8, it will be an additional $40. If you have a party larger than 12 please contact us to discuss! You can learn more about private events here


Are reservations required or do you accept walk-ins?

While reservations are not required, we highly recommend them! Each class has set pouring times with a limited number of seats. Feel free to check class time availability here


How long does a candle pouring last?

A custom candle pouring lasts around 45 minutes! We recommend making booking your class in advance to ensure there is space for you and we have supplies ready!  We will walk you thrugh blending your very own custom scent and if that totally freaks you out that’s okay! We have our Signature & Seasonal scents available for your use as well! 

*Classes with less than 8 people may not take the full 45 minutes every class is different.


Can I mix fragrances?

Certainly! We offer a variety of fragrance bases for you to smell and blend 2 to 3 of your favorites to make your own signature scent. Not to confident of your scent mixing abilities? We also have a selection of our Signature & Seasonal scents available too!


Can I bring my own vessel?

Our vessels have to go through safety testing to make sure they withstand being a candle without leaking or breaking, so we can’t allow you to bring your own vessel.


Can I take my candle home with me after pouring?

Our candles require 2-3 hours to cure after pouring. You can pick it up later (during open business hours) or we can ship your candle to you for $10! (Continental US Only)


Will you hold my candle until I can pick it up?

Yes! We can hold your candle until you can pick it up, up to 30 days. If you can’t pick it up within 30 days, we’re happy to ship it to you for $10!


How can I change my reservation?

If you need to make any changes to your reservation (date, time, number of seats, etc.), please contact us and we’ll take care of you!

Can I bring food & drinks?

Currently, we don’t allow outside food & drinks in our public workshops.


Can I bring in a bottle of wine?

At this time we do not allow alcohol in our shop. There are several great restaurants attached to the mall to go have a glass of wine after the class while you wait for your candle to cure!


What if someone in my party doesn’t want to pour a candle?

Classes are ONLY open to paying attendees. Guests/friends/family, that are not participating in the course are not permitted to sit at the candle-pouring tables as seats are limited.


What is the age requirement to pour a candle?

Because our candle pouring classes include handling hot wax and fragrance oils, children must be 10 years or older to participate.

Anyone under 18 must have a legal guardian sign their waiver. A legal guardian does not have to be present, but they must have at least one chaperone.


What does the cost include?

The cost of a reservation includes a seat at the table and everything you need to make your custom candle!


Can I pour more than one candle?

The reservation cost includes one candle, but if you would like to pour another, just let one of our team members know when you arrive and they can arrange your additional supplies and payment.


Is my class vessel refillable? 

Yes, it certainly is! Bring your cleaned-out class vessel back and we can refill it with any of our house or current seasonal scents for $20.


What is your cancellation policy?

We get it, life happens. If you request a cancellation at least 48 hours before the time of your pouring, we’ll issue you a refund! Please use the link in your confirmation e-mail to request a cancellation.
